Your Wedding Ceremony

Wedding Violin Music in Montgomery, Texas

Every wedding is unique, but the musical shape of a ceremony is beautifully simple.

Your wedding violin package can include live music for:

Prelude

Elegant music as your guests arrive and are seated, creating the atmosphere before the ceremony begins.

Processional

Typically, two processional selections:

Wedding Party Processional
One selection for family members, attendants, and the wedding party.

Bridal Entrance
A separate selection for the bride’s entrance.

Special Moments During the Ceremony

Music may also accompany meaningful moments within the ceremony, such as a unity ceremony, candle lighting, ring ceremony, signing, prayer, reflection, or another personal tradition.

Recessional

A joyful selection as the newly married couple and wedding party leave the ceremony, followed by uplifting music as your guests depart.

The Music

As a wedding violinist serving Montgomery, Texas and the surrounding area, my repertoire centers on elegant classical and romantic music chosen to sound beautiful on the violin.

Your selections can be personalized to create the atmosphere you want for your ceremony.

Want to hear the violin? Explore recordings on the Listen page.

If there is a particular piece that is meaningful to you and it is not currently in my repertoire, please ask. Special requests and custom arrangements may be possible depending upon the music and the time available for preparation.

Solo Violin or Violin with Accompaniment

Music can be performed on acoustic solo violin or, when appropriate, with professionally recorded accompaniment.

For intimate ceremonies and smaller venues, I can provide a compact portable speaker when accompaniment is desired.

For larger venues, connection to the venue’s sound system may be preferable. This can be coordinated with your venue or sound professional before the wedding.

The violin itself is acoustic and does not require amplification in most spaces.

“Heather’s violin playing elevated the quality of our ceremony to something truly unforgettable. We were limited on space for the ceremony, and the solo violin resonated beautifully.”
— Dan S. Balchik, Bulgaria

Add Cocktail Hour

Would you like the violin to continue after the ceremony?

Add a cocktail hour to your Wedding Ceremony booking for $200, including up to 60 additional minutes of live violin music.

Cocktail-hour repertoire can move beyond traditional ceremony music into romantic selections, familiar standards, classical favorites, and contemporary music—creating an elegant transition from the ceremony into the celebration.

Choose Your Wedding Music

You do not need to have your music selections finalized before reserving your date.

First, reserve the wedding.

Then we’ll choose the music.

After booking, you’ll receive information to help you select your ceremony repertoire. Music decisions can be handled entirely online—there is no need for an in-person meeting.

We’ll establish selections for:

If your ceremony requires something unusual or a musical decision would be easier to resolve face-to-face, we can arrange a brief Zoom conversation.

A Few Details Before Your Wedding

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive everything needed to prepare the music for your ceremony.

I’ll coordinate the musical details with you online, including your selections, timing, special requests, and any venue-specific requirements.

If your venue has a coordinator, wedding planner, DJ, or sound professional who needs performance or setup information, those details can be coordinated before the wedding as well.

There’s no need to arrange an in-person meeting or know every piece of music before you book.

You simply need your date, your ceremony time, and whether you’d like to add Cocktail Hour.

Let’s Create Something Beautiful

Your wedding music should feel like part of the day itself—not something simply added to it. As your wedding violinist, I’ll help create music that feels naturally connected to your ceremony.

Reserve your date, and we’ll create the musical details from there.
